Shipping and handling charges are based on the total price of your order (see below for shipping table). Oversized or overweight items may require an additional shipping cost which may not be calculated until your order is being processed. If an additional charge is required, you will be notified via email shortly after your order is placed.
For International orders, additional shipping costs may apply. We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge once your order is received and prior to shipping.
Expedited shipping options are available, however, cannot be applied online. If you wish to apply expedited shipping to your order, please give us a call and we would be happy to go over these options with you.
We ship via UPS Ground or USPS on all orders shipped within the US. Shipments to international locations are always shipped via USPS International.
Some items will need to be special ordered which can take up to one week for us to receive at our facility. You will know if your order contains any special order items after it is placed. It is then reviewed and processed and an email with a copy of your invoice is sent to the email address listed on your order. (NOTE: If you need to know the status of an item before you place your order, please give us a call and we will let you know if it is in stock or needs to be special ordered.) When all items are received and your order is shipped from our facility, an email will be sent with tracking information. Please allow 4-10 business days from this date for delivery within the US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International locations.
