"All the employees so so very helpful, not pushing me to buy anything, we talked about the bikes I owned and liked, I must say, great customer service is key, they all ride and I even had a apparel employee help me with questions about bikes, I would definitely buy my next bike here, even though I live 1 hour away! Brovo cross country bmw!"

"5 star buying experience. The salesman was great-he met me at the train station when I came back to pick up the bike, topped off the tank with premium, and the paperwork side of it was quick and easy.The selection of street riding gear is excellent and many sizes are in stock. There are many sale items and the prices are much better than online retailers. The parts and apparel people are super friendly as well.I had a wonderful day buying my bike at Cross Country and can't wait to ride"
